HOW CAN I SHOP OR PLACE ORDER?

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via Jne for local shipping & Fedex for international Shipping

When my order processing ?

We will ship your order if there are no problems occuring in terms of payment.

If you confirm on (starting from 00.01 am), your order will be processed on Monday next week. Note that our order process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship worldwide. We use EMS Pos Indonesia (http://ems.posindonesia.co.id/) for all shipping overseas. For Singapore addresses, we use MBC Express Shipping which offers more affordable shipping fee.
For International deliveries, EMS takes 3-8 days depending on your delivery area.

How Do I Track My Order?

Yes you can, kindly click “Track Order” or view it from “My Account” and click the link in the Airwaybill Number.
If you still want to know the current status, kindly email shipping@miroirstore.com so we can check it to the shipping company.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please read our “Return & Exchange”Section at the bottom of the page.

Can i Exchange or return Sale ?

No you can’t, sale items are non-changable and non-refundable.All sale items are final.
